IFS, or Internal Family Systems, is a therapeutic practice that is based on the idea that our internal system is made of “parts” sometimes thought of as “inner children”. We can connect and engage with those parts to heal them from trauma and other obstacles that affect our well-being.

Eustacia gently guides the client through the landscape of getting to know the numerous parts intimately, understanding their painful events and histories, and then releasing the pain and trauma that has been stored with those parts - pain which oftentimes has been stored for the entirety of the client’s lifespan.

Through having compassion for the parts, the healing process begins as the parts unite more fully with the “core self” or integrated/healed aspect of the system to allow the client to have a more integrated and fulfilling life experience.
